The Founder

Intelligence Access is led by Illimar Lepik von Wirén, a strategist focused on hybrid disruption, sub-threshold conflict and national-security decision-making. He has advised NATO-aligned defence stakeholders and serves as a Reserve Air Defence Officer, bringing operational realism to executive crisis leadership when systems falter and ambiguity expands.
